On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 7. SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, Purchase of new control base for county paaina system MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to authorize the Sheriff's Department to purchase a control base in the amount of $8,410 for the county paging system, to be paid from 911 revenues. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 8. BUDGET SCHEDULE FOR 2002, Approved MOT/ON, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve the 2002 budget schedule, as outlined by the County Auditor in his letter dated April 23, 2001. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 9. ROAD DEPARTMENT, Sprina load restrictions discontinued. with a few exceptions MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to discontinue spring load restrictions for county highways on May 22, 2001, except for the following Cass County highways: Cass 5 from Erie to county line (Class 1), Cass 10 from Casselton to Cass 11 (Class 1), Cass 6 from C17 to 1-29 (Modified Class 1); and Cass 6 from C6 to State 18 (Class 1). On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 10. EXTENSION SERVICES, Family Nutrition Proaram continuation MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded that the Cass County Commission support the Family Nutrition Program county proposal for continuation of the program from October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002, pending proposal acceptance by state and federal partners. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 11. CONTRACT APPROVAL, SRF Consultina Group: North Dakota Department of Transportation: GIS contracts with Pro-West & Associates and the City of Farao: Dakota Bridae Builders: Dennis Neumiller MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve the following contracts submitted by respective department head, subject to state's attorney approval, and authorize the chairman to sign: On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
