VOUCHERS, ADDroved <br />,.-.., MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to approve Voucher No. <br />151,193 through No. 151,574. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />18. MEETING UPDATES; JAIL REPORT; BUILDINGS & GROUNDS ACTIVITIES; TOWNSHIP <br />OFFICER'S ASSOCIATION MEETING, Committee reDOrts <br />Commissioners reported on meetings they have attended in the past two weeks, as well as <br />upcoming meetings. <br /> <br />The jail transition team met with Jim Rowenhorst three full days last week, according to Bonnie <br />Johnson. She also reported on the placement of two inmates at the jail construction site to <br />assist contractors who may be short of laborers on this job. <br /> <br />The Annex parking lot will be reconstructed this summer, and Mrs. Johnson reviewed the plans <br />earlier today with other county staff and the Social Services Board. <br /> <br />Mrs. Schneider reminded Commissioners of the Cass County Township Officers' Association <br />annual spring meeting in Casselton at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, April 3rd. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />"...-- <br /> <br />North Dakota Department ofTransportation information on Interstate 29 highway <br />improvement project consisting of a storm water detention pond between the <br />Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad tracks and 1st Avenue North, just east of <br />36th Street North, in Fargo; <br /> <br />memorandum from County Auditor Michael Montplaisir, dated March 30, 2001, <br />indicating the special assessments for Springvale Cemetery on the North <br />University Drive improvement project are estimated at $2,000, compared with the <br />original estimate of $15,000, as reported by Mr. Montplaisir at the last County <br />Commission meeting. <br /> <br />20.
