Peterson MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to amend Commission Policy Manual Sections 17.00 and 19.00 to reflect action taken March 6, 2000, concerning payment of employees' professional license or certificate when required for the performance of job duties. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 6. TAX-FORFEITED LOT, Offered to City of Oxbow MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to offer Lot 51, Oxbow Country Club & Estates to the City of Oxbow for $1.00 plus the recording fee of $10.00, provided the city cancels the special assessments that have been certified to the county; and that the county cancel the taxes against Lot 51, Oxbow Country Club & Estates upon acceptance of the offer by the City of Oxbow. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 7. ON-SITE SEPTIC FEES, Increase approved MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve an increase of the on-site sewage disposal system permit fee to $75.00, as requested by Fargo Cass Public Health in a memorandum dated January 3, 2001. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
