Peterson <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to amend <br />Commission Policy Manual Sections 17.00 and 19.00 to reflect <br />action taken March 6, 2000, concerning payment of <br />employees' professional license or certificate when required <br />for the performance of job duties. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />TAX-FORFEITED LOT, Offered to City of Oxbow <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to offer Lot <br />51, Oxbow Country Club & Estates to the City of Oxbow for <br />$1.00 plus the recording fee of $10.00, provided the city <br />cancels the special assessments that have been certified to <br />the county; and that the county cancel the taxes against Lot <br />51, Oxbow Country Club & Estates upon acceptance of the <br />offer by the City of Oxbow. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />ON-SITE SEPTIC FEES, Increase approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve <br />an increase of the on-site sewage disposal system permit fee <br />to $75.00, as requested by Fargo Cass Public Health in a <br />memorandum dated January 3, 2001. On roll call vote, the <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />
