<br />-- <br /> <br />---- <br /> <br />r-- <br /> <br />Commission Minutes--February 5, 2001 2240 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FEBRUARY 5, 2001 <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman John Meyer called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present <br />as follows: Donna Schneider, Alon Wieland, Scott Wagner, Robyn Sorum and John <br />Meyer. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />MINUTES APPROVED <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that the <br />minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />AGENDA, Order approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve <br />the order of the agenda, adding a contract with Burleigh <br />County under contract approvals on the consent agenda. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />ABATEMENT APPLICATIONS, Approved for Hall Properties: First Lutheran Church <br />of Hunter: Carrie Gianakos: Marlow Bauer <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that <br />abatement #4184 for Hall Properties be approved as <br />recommended by Stanley Township and the Director of <br />Equalization. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that <br />abatement #4185 and #4186 for First Lutheran Church of <br />Hunter be approved as recommended by the City of Hunter <br />and the Director of Equalization. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that <br />abatement#4190 for Carrie Gianakos be reduced as presented <br />and as recommended by the City of Harwood and the Director <br />of Equalization. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that <br />abatement #4168 for Marlow Bauer be reduced to $12,600 for <br />
