SALE OF TAX-FORFEITED PROPERTY, Chairman and auditor to sian county deeds MOT/ON, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to authorize the chairman and the county auditor to sign county deeds for four properties that were sold at the five-year tax delinquent sale held November 21,2000. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 10. DEED TO FORMER OWNER, Chairman to sian contract for deed with Kellv L. Hansen MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to authorize the Chairman ofthe Cass County Commission to sign a Contract for Deed between the county and Kelly L. Hansen for the farmstead described as the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 21, Bell Township. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 11. RESOLUTION #2001-1, Lien ac;lainst real estate owned bv Steven Juelke MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve Resolution #2001-1 creating a lien against the real estate owned by Steven Juelke to enforce collection of personal property taxes owed by Steven Juelke. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. ~
