<br />Commission Minutes--November 6,2000 2216 <br /> <br />The fall meeting of the Cass County Township Officers' Association will be November 16, 2000, <br />at 7:30 PM in the Casselton City Hall Auditorium. <br /> <br />15. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Quick moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />North Dakota Department of Veterans Affairs appreciation letter for allowing James <br />Brent, Cass County Veterans Service Officer, to attend a recent training conference in <br />Fargo; <br />letters from Cass County residents opposing the proposed dike/ditch option as a flood <br />control measure and supporting water retention sites; <br />letter from North Dakota Department of Transportation dated October 30, 2000, <br />regarding Cass County construction projects for 2001 through 2003; <br />notice of Cass County Township Officers' Association annual fall meeting to be held <br />November 16, 2000, at 7:30 PM in the Casselton City Hall. <br /> <br />16.
