PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, Canaan Moravian Church MOT/ON, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to approve permit for raffle for the Canaan Moravian Church, rural Davenport, North Dakota, at the church on the date of February 14, 200~1. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 8. PERMIT FOR SPECIAL EVENT, Bordertwon Bar and Grill MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to approve special event permit for Bordertown Bar & Grill of West Fargo to dispense alcoholic beverages at Bonanzaville, U.S.A., West Fargo, ND at a wedding dance on the date of November 11, 2000. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 9. FINAL PLAT APPROVAL, Jones Subdivision: Williams Subdivision MOT/ON, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mrs. Quick seconded that the Cass County Board of Commissioners grant Final Plat approval to Jones Subdivision, Section 23 of Township 141 N, Range 50W in Cass County, North Dakota. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. CONTRACT APPROVAL, US Bank National Association MOT/ON, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to approve the following contract submitted by respective department head, subject to state's attorney approval, and authorize the chairman to sign: US Bank National Association for receipt of tax payments and deposit of such funds. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. 11. SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, HazMat contract uodate Glenn Ellingsberg, Sheriff's Department, said meetings have been held with the State's Attorney Birch Burdick, and with the Fargo and Moorhead Fire Chiefs concerning the possibility of contracting for use of equipment to clean up hazardous material spills. Mr. Burdick has written a letter to the State of Minnesota asking them to consider contracting with Cass County.
