On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. Commissioner Quick said she will continue to be a <br />representative of Cass County in this effort and will assist wherever <br />she is needed. <br /> <br />14. VOUCHERS, Approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Quick moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve Voucher <br />No. 137,498 through No. 137,832. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />15. JAIL PROJECT UPDATE; COURTHOUSE LUNCH COUNTER; EAST CENTRAL <br />COMMISSIONERS MEETING; ANNEX DEBT PAID, Committee reports <br />Bonnie Johnson, Jail Project Coordinator/County Coordinator, provided an updated schedule <br />on the jail project. Mrs. Johnson also reported that interviews will be held later this week with <br />the top three ranking applicants for operating the Courthouse lunch counter. <br /> <br />The East Central Commissioners Association is meeting Thursday, March 9, at 10:00 AM in <br />Valley City at the VFW Club. Commissioners reported on meetings they attended in the past <br />two weeks, as well as upcoming meetings. <br /> <br />Michael Montplaisir, County Auditor, said final payment was made on the Cass County Annex <br />project, which began in 1994 with an issuance of $2,210,000 in bonds and additional bonds of <br />$520,000 in 1995. <br /> <br />16. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: North Dakota <br />Department of Transportation letter regarding load limits on county <br />roads. Motion carried. <br /> <br />17.
