Brewer Lake Park will have a curfew of 11:30 PM. After 11:30 <br />PM, no unnecessary noise or unnecessary driving or consumption <br />of alcohol will be permitted, <br /> <br />The above regulations will be enforced by the Cass County Sheriff's <br />Department, pursuant to Sections 11-28-05 and 11-28-09 of N.D,C,C. <br />Any violation of these regulations is an infraction punishable up <br />to a maximum fine of five hundred dollars ($500) in accordance with <br />N.D.C.C. ~ 12,1-32-01(7).
