As of January 1, 2005, the Cass <br />County Campground should be deeded over to the Red River Valley Fair Association, Inc. I am <br />enclosing a copy of the Agreement that was executed in March, 1994, drawing your specific <br />attention to paragraph four. <br /> <br />I am also enclosing a Warranty Deed from Cass County, North Dakota, to Red River Valley <br />Fair Association, Inc.
