<br />Excerpt from Cass County Commission Minutes of February 22, 2005: <br /> <br />"Campground at Red River Valley Fairgrounds-Mr. Burdick provided some <br />history on the campground and said there is a question about whether the county <br />can deed the property to the Fair Association, as requested by their attorney, <br />Jonathan Garaas, who was present in the audience today. Mr. Burdick said he <br />intends to send copies of pertinent documents this week to the State agency that <br />provided grant money to the county for the campground, and he will follow up with <br />a telephone conversation to seek their advice.
