These are both draft or <br />reference documents at this time for your information. <br /> <br />Response to B. Change order process; contractors cannot. . . - See section 01028, Change Order <br />Procedures in the draft front end of the specification for procedure with additional language <br />included in the A201-1997; Article 7, Changes in the Work. <br /> <br />May I suggest that we include the A201-1997 in the bid specifications and that if you desire <br />to make modifications to the language on that document that we have a discussion prior to <br />production of the bid sets. <br />
