Hunting Subcommittee Minutes--December 21, 2004 2

The survey questions were reviewed and suggestions were made by committee
members. Mr. Miller suggested the survey allow for separate responses
regarding each subdivision as residents may have different concerns between
Orchard Glen and Forest River. Mr. Wagner suggested a map highlighting the
area to be included with the survey. Mr. Pawluk asked if the survey could be
included on the county's website for public response and Mr. Wagner said he will
check into this idea. A decision was made to send the survey January 7th and
ask for responses no later than January 21 st. The information will then be
gathered and sent to members before the next meeting. Mr. Wagner hopes that
after the public meeting, the committee will have a recommendation to forward to
the County Commission.

4. NEXT MEETING
The committee scheduled their next meeting, which will be open to the public, for
Tuesday, February 1, 2005, at 7:00 PM at the Beckwith Recital Hall, Reineke
Fine Arts Center at NDSU.

5. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION, passed
Upon a motion by Mr. Peterson, seconded by Mr. Johnson
and all voting in favor, the meeting adjourned at 4:30 PM.

Minutes prepared by Heather Worden, Administrative Secretary
