<br />RESOLUTION RECORD <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ,ALLOWING CLAJMS & ORDERING PAYMENT THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Cmmty Auditor, Michael Montplaisir, has audited and the <br />d.epartments'have approved the foi/owing claims against thE; County of Cass, and have <br />certified that such claims are properiy payable by the said County, and that the said <br />County Auditor has verified such claims to be paid and has satisfied himself that such <br />bills and claims are proper charges against the" County ofCass; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the County Commissioners of the County <br />of Cass, North Dakota, that the folJowing bills and daims be and thereby are, ordered <br />but pald out of the followh-ig funds; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and hereby is <br />authorized and directed to draw warrants for ule above claims from the respective funds <br />as herein indicated, and that the County Auditor be, and he hereby is, authorized to <br />execute and deUv8r such warrants. <br /> <br /> <br />The above and foregoing resoi~on was oifered a' a ~egufar meeting of the <br />unty Commissioners held on the ~ day or ~, 6" by Commissioner <br />'() . who moved its adoption, was seconded by Commi~sjoner <br />and adopted by the toHowing vote: . <br /> <br />Ayes: L <br />Nays: 0 <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was duly declared adopted. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />!/~ ~ <br />'~_...,.- / <br />",;:..// It"~~ <br />, County Auditor <br />
