The Assistant Secretaries and Assistant Treasurers in the order of their seniority, unless otherwise determined by the Board of Directors, shall, in the ab- sence or disability of the Secretary or Treasurer, perform the du- ties and exercise the powers of the Secretary and Treasurer respec- tively. Such Assistant Secretaries and Assi$tant Treasurers shall have such other powers and perform such other duties as the Board of Directors may from time to time prescribe. Any other Officers appointed by the Board of Directors shall hold office for the term established by the Board of Directors and shall have such powers, perform such duties and be responsible to such other Officers as the Board of Directors may from time to time prescribe.
