<br />RECEIVED <br /> <br />IJAN 27 2005 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.3 TO <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br /> <br />, GASS COUNTY COMMISS!Or- <br /> <br />, , 'THIS AMENDMENT Is made and entered Inlo this --1- day of ~1. by and between the CITY <br />OF FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of North Dakota, <br />hereinafter called RFargo., the CITY OF WEST FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA, a municipal corporation under the <br />laws of the State of North Dakota, hereinafter called, "West Fargo, and CASS COUNTY, NORTH DAKOTA, a <br />politiêal subdivision of the State of North Dakota, hereinafter called RCass County", said entities also being <br />, referred to in this Agreement collectively as Rgovemmental entities., and GROWTH INITIATIVE FUND, a North <br />Dakota non-profit corporation, hereinafter called RGIP. <br /> <br />Preliminary Statement <br /> <br />, Pursuant to a Memorandum of Understanding dated February 14, 1997, the govemmen~I ~ntities and <br />the' GIF agreed that the GIF would administer the PACE Loan Program for Fargo, West Fargo and Cass <br />County. <br /> <br />The parties desire to amend, the Memorandum of Understanding to set forth the amount of funding by <br />, the governmental entities for 2001. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed by and between the parties as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Section 3, Funding, is amended by adding the following thereto: <br /> <br />Each of the govemmental entities agrees to contribute to the Loan Pool the following amounts <br />for 2001: <br /> <br />Fargo <br />West Fargo <br />Cass County <br /> <br />$260,000 <br />$45,000 <br />$400,000 <br /> <br />Funds will be remitted on the following schedule: <br /> <br />The city of Fargo will remit their funds to the GIF in the last quarter of 2001. <br />West Fargo will remit their funds to the GIF In the first quarter of 2001. <br />.Cass County will remit funds as they become available from tax collections. <br /> <br />, 2.
