EXECUTIVE MEETING, Attorney/client consultation <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Pawluk moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to close the meeting at <br />4:05 PM to discuss pending and anticipated civil litigation or adversarial <br />administrative proceedings based on North Dakota Century Code 44-04- <br />19.1, the exception allowed for attorney consultation with the following <br />topic to be discussed: Strand, et al v. Cass County. Motion carried. <br /> <br />21. EXECUTIVE SESSION CLOSED, Reconvene reaular meetina <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Pawluk moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to close the executive <br />meeting at 5:22 PM and reconvene the regular meeting. Motion carried. <br /> <br />22.
