ABATEMENT APPLICATION, Approved for Leroy Ista Estate <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded that abatements #4262, <br />#4263 and #4264 for the Leroy Ista Estate be approved as presented and <br />as recommended by the Mapleton Township Board, Township Assessor <br />and County Director of Equalization. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />with four members voting "Aye" and Mr. Pawluk abstaining. <br /> <br />9. ROAD DEPARTMENT, County enaineer to sian federal aid forms <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to authorize the county <br />engineer to sign right of way certifications and project utility relocation <br />and adjustment agreements for federal aid. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried with four members voting "Aye" and Mr. Pawluk abstaining. <br /> <br />10. OMITTED ASSESSMENT, Approved for Rita Thompson <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to add Lots 8 and 9 Block <br />N, Charles A. Roberts Addition, as omitted property for 2004 in the <br />amount of $126,700 true and full value residential structures, according <br />to notice sent from the county auditor to Rita Thompson of Fargo, North <br />Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried with four members voting <br />"Aye" and Mr. Pawluk abstaining. <br /> <br />11. AUDITOR'S OFFICE, Monthly financial statement received <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to receive a monthly <br />financial statement from the Auditor's Office for the month ended <br />December 31, 2004. On roll call vote, the motion carried with four <br />members voting "Aye" and Mr. Pawluk abstaining. <br /> <br />12. PERMIT FOR SUNDAY ALCOHOL SALES, Approved for Club 94 on February 6th <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to approve a Sunday <br />alcohol beverage permit for the Club 94 at their establishment near <br />Casselton, North Dakota, on the date of February 6, 2005, for Super Bowl <br />Sunday, according to a letter from Brenda Hocking, owner. On roll call <br />vote, the motion carried with four members voting "Aye" and Mr. Pawluk <br />abstaining. <br /> <br />13. CONTRACT APPROVAL, Discovery Benefits; two leases on flood lots <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to approve the following <br />contracts submitted by respective department head, subject to state's <br />attorney approval, and authorize the chairman to sign: On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried with four members voting "Aye" and Mr. Pawluk <br />abstaining. <br />
