<br />RESOLUTION RECORD <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ALLOW1NG CLAJMS & ORDERING PAYMENT THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor, Michael MontpJaisir, has audited and the <br />departments have approved the foi/owing ciaims against the County of Cass, and have <br />certified that such claims are properly payable by the said County, and that tile said <br />County Auditor has verified such claims to be paid and has satisfied himself that such <br />bills and claims are proper charges against the-County of Cass; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the County Commissioners of the County <br />of Cass, North Dakota, that the following bil1s and da!ms be and thereby are, ordered <br />but paid out of the followin'g funds; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and hereby is <br />authorized and directed to draw warrants for the above claims from the respective funds <br />as herein indicated, and that the County ,L\uditor be, and he hereby is, authorized to <br />execute and deliver such warrants. <br /> <br />The above and foregoing reSOlution was n ~ ered at a reau!~r meeting of the <br />~ty Commissioners held on th~ day of . . 0 by Commissioner <br />, .
