ROAD DEPARTMENT, Permits for haulina to Reminaton Seed <br />MOT/ON, passed <br />Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to authorize the County <br />Engineer to issue permits to trucks hauling to and from the Remington <br />Seed Company on Cass County 11 between Mapleton and 1-94 to haul up <br />to 105,500 gross vehicle weight subject to legal axel loads. On roll call <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />9. PERMIT FOR RAFFLE, Approved for Kindred Lions Club <br />MOT/ON, passed <br />Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve a raffle permit <br />for the Kindred Lions Club to be held April 9, 2005, at the Kindred High <br />School in Kindred, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />1 O. TAX-FORFEITED PROPERTIES, Chairman and auditor to sian deeds to Paae City <br />MOT/ON, passed <br />Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to authorize the chairman <br />and the county auditor to sign county deeds to the City of Page for sale <br />of two tax-forfeited lots. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />11. ROAD DEPARTMENT, Purchase order for pup trailers <br />MOT/ON, passed <br />Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve purchase order <br />for two 2005 Clement Pup Trailers from Swanston Equipment in the <br />amount of $58,984. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />12. CONTRACT APPROVAL, Lease renewal on flood property; Stutsman County <br />Correctional Center; North Dakota Association of Counties; Qwest Corporation <br />MOT/ON, passed <br />Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve the following <br />contracts submitted by respective department head, subject to state's <br />attorney approval, and authorize the chairman to sign: On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br />
