Subsequent to the last time this was <br />discussed at the Commission meeting, Ms. Murphy has offered to pay 15% <br />of the costs of any corrective action and has agreed to hold the County <br />harmless for any future damage caused by the County's actions. A <br />proposed agreement has been provided by Ms. Murphy's attorney to the <br />State's Attorney's office. The information provided by my previous <br />correspondence regarding the methods of repairing the slide have not <br />changed. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: OPTION 1: AUTHORIZE COUNTY <br />ENGINEER TO PROCEED WITH REPAIRS IN ACCORDANCE WITH <br />PREVIOUS COUNTY ENGINEER'S CORRESPONDENCE WITH MS. <br />MURPHY FUNDING 15 PERCENT OF THE COSTS.
