<br />Commission Minutes-November 15, 2004 2820 <br /> <br />There were no objections among commissioners to Mr. Wagner's interest in attending a <br />national legislative conference in March instead of attending the National Association of <br />Counties annual conference next summer. <br /> <br />Commissioners agreed to meet for an informal planning session at 4:00 PM on Monday, <br />November 22, 2004, in the Commission Room to discuss items in preparation for the first <br />meeting in December, when the new commissioner takes office. Mr. Pawluk said he will be <br />unable to attend Monday's planning session; however, he was open to whatever portfolio or <br />committee assignments he would receive. <br /> <br />17. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />notice of public meeting to be held at the Shanley High/Sullivan Middle School on <br />November 23,2004 from 5:30 -7:30 PM to discuss alternatives for the University Drive, <br />52nd Avenue, and 1-29 Interchange Project; <br />invitation to attend the Red River Basin Commission Land and Water International <br />Summit Conference on January 12-14, 2005, at the Ramada Plaza Suites in Fargo. <br /> <br />18.
