<br />Commission Minutes-October 18, 2004 <br /> <br />2805 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS: PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />OCTOBER 18, 2004 <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairwoman Robyn Sorum called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present <br />as follows: John Meyer, Robyn Sorum, Darrell Vanyo, Vern Bennett and Scott Wagner. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />John Meyer led the Pledge of Allegiance at this time. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />MINUTES APPROVED <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Vanyo moved and Mr. Wagner seconded that the minutes of the <br />October 1, 2004 meeting be approved as written; and to approve a <br />correction on the September 20, 2004 minutes by changing the name of <br />George Wyum to George Wynn in the motion from the auditor's office on <br />omitted assessments. Mr. Wynn owns the property described as the <br />west 332.5' of Lot 6, Golden Ridge Addition, City of Fargo. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />AGENDA, Order approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to approve the order of the <br />agenda as printed. Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />OMITTED ASSESSMENTS, Approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to add the East 36' of Lot 28 <br />Block 1, Creekside Addition to City of Fargo, as omitted property for <br />2004 in the amount of $75,300, according to notice sent from the county <br />auditor to Rashuan P. Sourles, Fargo, North Dakota. On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to add Lot 12 Block 12, <br />Kirkham's 2nd Addition to City of Fargo, as omitted property for 2004 in <br />the amount of $35,600, according to notice sent from the county auditor <br />to Leo Splonskowski, Fargo, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to add Part of Lot 8, <br />Original Townsite Addition to City of Fargo, as omitted property for 2004 <br />in the amount of $74,000, according to notice sent from the county <br />auditor to Cory & Kristine Walock, Fargo, North Dakota. On roll call <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />
