lierracon- - Reference Number: PM1140317 MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT TASK ORDER This TASK ORDER is Issued under the MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT(dated 04/01/2013,agreement reference number M113003)between Cass County Commission("Client")and Terracon Consultants,Inc.("Consultant")for Services to be provided by Consultant for Client on the Proposed Bridge Repair-TB1101 project("Project"),as described in the Project Information section of the Consultant's Task Order Proposal dated 08/21/2014("Task Order Proposal")unless the Project is otherwise described below or in Exhibit A to this Task Order(which section or Exhibit are Incorporated into this Task Order).This Task Order is incorporated into and part of the Master Services Agreement. 1. Project Information Slope stability and deep foundation analysis at bridge TB1101 along 153rd Avenue in Maple River Township. 2. Scope of Services The scope of Services to be provided under this Task Order are described In the Scope of Services section of the Consultant's Task Order Proposal,unless Services are otherwise described below or in Exhibit B to this Task Order. Work to include one boring to 50'and one boring to 100'as well as slope stability analysis at th failure site and deep foundation analysis for possible lengthening of the bridge. For a full and detailed scope of work,see the attached proposal number PM1140317. 3. Compensation Client shall pay compensation for the Services performed at the fees stated in the Task Order Proposal unless fees are otherwise stated below or in Exhibit C to this Task Order. The project is to be billed according to our 2014 Soil Investigation Fee Schedule for an estimated fee of$13,000 to$15,000. All terms and conditions of the Master Services Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. This Task Order Is accepted and Consultant Is authorized to proceed.
