On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />ROAD DEPARTMENT, Purchase order approved for office furniture <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to authorize the chair to sign <br />a purchase order with Hannaher's, Inc. for new conference room and <br />desk chairs in the amount of $13,080. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />NORTH DAKOTA RECORDERS INFORMATION NETWORK, BudÇlet adjustment <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to amend the 2004 NDRIN <br />budget by increasing the "Central Repository" line item by $80,000 and <br />authorize the county auditor to issue the NDRIN refund checks to the <br />county recorders. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />10. SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS, Approve payment for water and pavinÇl projects <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve the payment of <br />City of Fargo special assessments in the amount of $53,162.77 from the <br />future building fund before October 21, 2004. On roll call vote, the <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />11. PLAT APPROVAL, South Fork Subdivision <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded that the Cass County Board <br />of Commissioners grant final plat approval for South Fork Subdivision, <br />Section 27, Township 140N, Range 53W in Cass County, North Dakota. <br />On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />12. EXTENSION SERVICES, ParentinÇl Resource ProÇlram budÇlet adjustment <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve a budget <br />adjustment in the amount of $1,150 for funds deposited in November, <br />2003, to be spent in 2004 from line item 101-4502-464-3778 for Extension <br />Services Parenting Resource Program. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />13. BUDGET FOR 2005, Preliminary budÇlet received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to receive and file the <br />preliminary budget for 2005 as submitted by the county auditor. On roll <br />call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />
