Provide one person to contact for project issues that come up during construction,.This person would not be expected to be on the project every day but available for meetings as needed to make project decisions for the city of West Fargo. 2. Have the city involved in construction inspection of the project as discussed in the preconstruction conference meeting. 3. Provide experienced inspectors for construction engineering staff for nonpatticipatingnnderground work such as waterline,sanitary sewer,etc. VI. GENgRAL CONSTRUCTION SCI EDI LE General Maintenance The general construction schedule will be as follows: of Mebane Schedule Segment 2: Plans Complete February 13,2009 Bid OPening April 17,2009 2009' Construction 2009 20122 'On November 1,2009 all maintenance of segment 2 including but not limited to the sidewalk, multi-use path,pedestrian crossing,pavement marking,pedestrian crossings and markings, signs,lighting,curb and gutter,pavement maintenance and removal,drainage maintenance and mowing will become the responsibility of the city of West Fargo. NDDOT will plow snow on the mainline highway. Snow removal will be a city responsibility. • 20n November 1,2012 all maintenance including but not limited to the roadway, sidewalk, multi-use path,pavement marking,pedestrian crossings and markings,signs,lighting,curb and gutter,pavement maintenance,snow plowing and removal,drainage maintenance and mowing will become the responsibility of the city of West Fargo.
