• Scripting the publishing model to pull the data from the parcel fabric editing <br /> environment into the other stand-alone feature classes in the LGIM for <br /> consumption by existing County applications. <br /> o Details will be discussed to determine the optimal location for published <br /> features. <br /> • Editing or updating existing scripts written or maintained by PWA that use the <br /> published data. <br /> o PWA will re-path the scripts to the correct features and fields if they have <br /> changed. <br /> • Documenting these scripts and script changes. <br /> County Responsibilities/Assumptions: <br /> 1. PWA has access to the LGIM on the Cass County server. Cass County will provide <br /> PWA with access and permissions to upload data to the LGIM on the Cass County <br /> server. <br /> 2. Cass County will locate and schedule the publishing task on its server. <br /> 3. PWA will update existing scripts that PWA has written or has maintained that <br /> utilizes or will utilize the published parcel data. <br /> a. Cass County will draft a list of scripts to be updated and discussed. <br /> b. An agreed upon list will be determined prior to script updates being <br /> performed. <br /> 4. Cass County will re-path any existing .mxd files including LINK .mxds. <br /> Timeline: <br /> The timeline for the migration project in general is to be completed by December 31, <br /> 2014. Estimated dates are given. <br /> August—September: prep pilot area, review LGIM, prep publishing script, <br /> prep/edit existing scripts with changes for the LGIM <br /> October—November: migrate countywide data, final test of scripts and LGIM <br /> Cost Estimate: <br /> Migration (with pilot): $8946.88 <br /> Programming Services: $7080.00 <br /> Total Cost $16,026.88 <br /> 9 <br />
