VOUCHERS, Approved <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Vanyo moved and Mr. Peterson seconded to approve Voucher No. <br /> 279,041 through Voucher No. 279,591. On roll call vote, the motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> 18. FLOOD DIVERSION FINANCING; INTERNATIONAL LEGISLATORS FORUM; FLOOD <br /> DIVERSION UPDATE, Committee reports <br /> Mr. Montplaisir said work continues to prepare flood diversion financing documents which <br /> will be presented to the board at the next meeting. <br /> Keith Berndt, County Administrator, provided a presentation on the diversion project last <br /> week at the 2014 International Legislators Forum to officials from North Dakota, Minnesota, <br /> South Dakota, and Manitoba. <br /> Mr. Vanyo said the Business Leaders Task Force will hold a luncheon meeting with <br /> Minnesota elected officials on Wednesday, July 9th to discuss the diversion project. He said <br /> construction has begun on the Oxbow/Hickson/Bakke ring levee. He said the next meeting <br /> of the Flood Diversion Board is scheduled for Thursday, July 10th <br /> 19. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br /> MOTION, passed <br /> Mr. Peterson moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to receive and file <br /> correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> - Letter from the North Dakota Department of Emergency Services regarding changes to <br /> the 911 fee structure effective July 1, 2015. <br /> 20.
