RECEIVED <br /> JUN 2 7 2014 <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> CASS COUNTY COMMISSION <br /> TO: Cass County Commission <br /> FROM: Jason Benson, County Engineer <br /> DATE: June 27, 2014 <br /> SUBJECT: Agenda topic for July 7, 2014 Commission Meeting: <br /> Authorize the Commission Chair to Sign the Agreement for <br /> Flood Home Acquisitions through the North Dakota <br /> Department of Emergency Services (NDDES) and FEMA <br /> Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) <br /> Funding was recently approved by FEMA for the additional property <br /> acquisitions based on funding from the 2011 flood event. Public meetings <br /> occurred in February and March of 2014 and commission approved this <br /> project in March.
