It is also the responsibility of the subgrantee to monitor the environmental conditions stated <br /> in the environmental documents and report compliance in their quarterly reports. Once the <br /> project is completed and ready to be submitted for closeout, FEMA requires a description of <br /> how the environmental conditions were met, a signed copy of the enclosed Environmental <br /> Closeout Declaration form, and any copies of required permits not previously submitted with <br /> quarterly reports. <br /> We will work closely with you and your staff to ensure the success of the project. FEMA's goal is <br /> for all approved projects to begin immediately and to be completed within the timeframes specified <br /> in the project sub-application.
