Allstate Property and Casualty Insurance Company
Policy Number: 912 70009910/31 Your Agent: Pat Stocking (701)235-9868
For Premium Period Beginning: Oct.31,2013
DETAIL: Exterior Walls --Aluminum Siding 100 %
Roofing --Asphalt/Fiberglass Shingle 100 %
Interior Partitions --Drywall 100 %
Interior Partitions --Less than 10 ft Wall Height 100
Heating & Cooling --Heat & Central Air Cond. -Avg Cost 100 %
SPECIAL FEATURES: Exterior --Picture Windows (1)
Exterior --Sliding Glass Doors (1)
Increase Language:
Additional information about Dwelling Protection limits
Your policy includes a feature called "Property Insurance Adjustment" (PIA). PIA reflects changes in construction
costs in your area that may have occurred during the policy period.
We would like you to know that your policy's PIA recently indicated that construction costs in your area have
increased. Based on this information, we have automatically increased your Coverage A—Dwelling Protection
limits.
However, it is ultimately your responsibility to consider whether the changes we have made are sufficient for
your insurance needs. It is important for you to understand that these are only estimates and the new limits of
your policy may not provide sufficient coverage in the event of a loss. For example, if you have done any
remodeling to your home which has not been updated in our records, your home's replacement cost may be
higher than our current records indicate. In that case, you may want to increase your limits to reflect such
changes. Conversely, there is a possibility that your new limits may provide coverage in excess of the actual
replacement cost of your home. For example, if you originally decided to insure your home at an amount that
exceeded the estimated replacement cost, you may want to call your Allstate representative to discuss the
current value of your home and the possibility of lowering your limits.
If you have any questions about PIA, or your policy in general, please contact your Allstate representative.
X67831
PROP '010003313091653000310804'
II III
10 II I II mi II II III it I I I I I I I I III II I II II I I III N II II II Sep mbern16,2013 Page 2013 5
t
