It is a resource <br /> where all Minnesota pawn shops list the items taken in and by whom the times were brought in by. The investigations <br /> utilize this in looking for stolen items. We currently use Leads on Line but the majority of Minnesota pawn shops, <br /> including those in Moorhead, do not use Leads on Line but do use the MPD site. <br /> Would like to present this to the commission. We have already budgeted for this. Thanks <br /> Steve <br />
