Original High Plains Regional Rendezvous Association <br /> Amendments to the Constitution&Bylaws <br /> AMENDMENT I. <br /> Article VI,Section 2,Paragraph 5 <br /> Replace"Booshway"with"Chairperson of the Board of Directors" <br /> [return] <br /> AMENDMENT II. <br /> Article VIII,Section 1 <br /> Replace Section 1 with: <br /> Section 1. <br /> 1. A state interested in making application to become a part of the Original High Plains Regional <br /> Rendezvous Association must compose a document including all of the following: <br /> a. Provide proof that the state is considered a part of the High Plains region geographically and <br /> historically. <br /> b. Show interest in the HPRR by attending and actively participating in/working with the events <br /> for a period of not less than Five(5)years. <br /> 2. The document shall be given to the Purser to be included in the earliest convenient meeting of the <br /> Chiefs' Council.The Chiefs' Council must recommend the Application unanimously for the <br /> Application to be submitted to the Board of Directors. If the Chiefs' Council fails to attain a <br /> unanimous vote,the Application will die in committee.If recommended by the Chiefs' Council the <br /> Application shall be given to the Purser to be included in the earliest convenient Board of Directors <br /> meeting. <br /> 3. The Board of Directors shall review the Application from the Chiefs Council. The Board of <br /> Directors shall require a unanimous vote to recommend that the Chairperson present the Application <br /> at the earliest convenient meeting of the General Assembly for approval.Failing this the Application <br /> will die in committee. <br /> 4. The General Assembly,upon receiving the Application shall require a 2/3 majority vote in favor <br /> of the Application at two consecutive OHPRRA Rendezvous to gain acceptance. <br /> [return] <br /> AMENDMENT III. <br /> Article III,Section 10,Paragraph 1 <br /> Replace Paragraph 1 with: <br /> 1.
