The owners have executed the attached contract and <br /> 701-241-5616 submitted the required down payment. We will be getting confirmation of property <br /> insurance with Cass County named as an additional insured and we do have an <br /> authorization form for direct withdrawal of the monthly payments. <br /> This property has been a struggle for a long time, we sold the property back to the <br /> owners three years ago on a contract and they made all the payments on the <br /> contract, but not on the ongoing taxes.
