<br />It was moved by Manager Gust, seconded by Manager Steen and unanimously carried
<br />to approve the order of the agenda, as presented.

<br />Minutes
<br />It was moved by Manager Weston seconded by Manager Lougheed and unanimously
<br />carried to approve the minutes of the April 13, 2023, meetings.
<br />
<br />Metro Flood Diversion Project – property owner negotiation / discussion
<br />Kristie Sauvageau inquired if the counteroffer being presented to the Board during the
<br />meeting is being presented without any changes. Jodi Smith confirmed the counteroffer
<br />would be presented to the Board as previously discussed with the Sauvageaus.
