Commission Minutes-July 20, 1998 1836 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ <br /> SPECIAL MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> JULY 20, '1998 <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Donna Schneider called the special meeting to order at 12:00 Noon with four <br />Commissioners present as follows: Paul Koenig, John Meyer, Alon Wieland and Donna <br />Schneider.
