MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Donna Schneider called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present <br />as follows: Robbie Quick, Paul Koenig, John Meyer, Alon Wieland and Donna Schneider. <br /> <br />2. MINUTES APPROVED <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Quick moved and Mr. Koenig seconded to approve minutes ofthe <br />previous meeting as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA, Order approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Quick seconded to approve the order of <br />the agenda with the addition of a contract with Northern Capital Trust <br />for flexible benefits program administration. Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. ASSESSMENT NOTICE OF OMITTED PROPERTIES, Trottier: Tessier: Brink: Rust: Haugen: <br />Dobrinz: Glasow/Piper: Schroeder: Tate: Swenson: Lahren: Buhr: Prischman: Bruesch <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to add a 3.2 acre <br />descriptive tract in SW% of Section 16, Township 138 Range 49 as <br />omitted property for the year 1997 in the amount of $79,000 residential <br />lot and structure, according to notice from the county auditor to Carol <br />Trottier, Horace, ND. On roll call vote, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to add NE% less right of <br />way and less Auditor's Lot 1 of Section 27, Township 138 Range 49 as <br />omitted property for the year 1997 in the amount of $125,300 <br />residential lot and structure, according to notice from the county <br />auditor to Henry Tessier, Fargo, ND. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Koenig moved and Mr. Meyer seconded to add Lot 6, Brink's <br />Subdivision, as omitted property for the year 1997 in the amount of <br />$98,000 residential structure, according to notice from the county <br />auditor to Russell Brink, Horace, ND. On roll call vote, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />
