The plat <br />is located approximately 10 miles west of the City of Casselton in the <br />northwest corner of an 1-94 interchange. <br /> <br />No public comments were received at the meeting. The plat includes a <br />vadance from the County road standards due to its location adjoining an <br />interchange. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />proposed subdivision and variance request with the following conditions: <br />1) all concerns noted by the water resource district must be met; 2) township <br />provides certified letter indicating the proposed plat conforms to their zoning <br />standards and/or meets all other township policies [within 60 days]; and 3) <br />final plat shall not be provided until appropriate access roadway is constructed <br />to County Engineer's specifications including 20 foot road sunCace and 30 foot <br />wide access easement. The water resource board had no concerns. The <br />township board did not provide any comments within the 60 days allotted by <br />state law. The County Engineer has verified road construction standards are <br />being met. Therefore, the Planning Commission recommendation is being <br />forwarded to the County Board for action. <br /> <br />Suggested motion: "1 move that the Cass County Board of Commissioners <br />grant Final Plat approval and approve the related vadance request from the <br />County read standards for Pheasant Run Subdivision, Section 1 of Township <br />139N, Range 54W in Cass County, North Dakota." <br /> <br /> P.O.
