<br />Chairman Hendrickson called the meeting to order and upon roll call, all members
<br />i were present.

<br />An Invocation was given by the Chairman.

<br />I Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting
<br />I be approved as written. Motion carried.
<br />i
<br />Mrs. Wold elected: Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded that Mrs. Wold be elected Chairman
<br />Chm. for 1982 ; of the Board for the year 1982. On roll call vote, the motion carr~ed unanimously.

<br />Mr. Eckert elect~ Mrs. Wold moved and Mr. Larson seconded that Mr. Eckert be elected Vice Chairman
<br />Vice Chm. i of the Board for the year 1982. The motion carried on roll call vote with Mrs. Stanton
<br />: opposing and Mr. Eckert voting "Pass".

<br />C. Zeltinger int.: Mr. Charles Zeltinger appeared before the Board stating an interest in the position
<br />in apptmt. of . of Cass County Surveyor. The annual appointment of a County Surveyor will be delayed
<br />Co. Surveyor i until next Wednesday.
<br />
<br />Reappts. to Co.. The annual appointments of the at-large members of the Cass County Park Board
<br />Park Board ! will be delayed until next Wednesday, and Mr. Eckert will contact the present members
<br />. to see if they wish to continue on this Board.

<br />Pledges of Assets! Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to approve the following Pledges of Assets:
