Ratify Personnel Overview Committee actions of January 7, 2002: Sheriff's Department--hiring above minimum SUGGESTED MOTION: Move to ratify Personnel Overview Committee action of January 7,2002, concerning the request for consideration to hire above the minimum salary for two new deputies in the Sheriff's Department. Social Services--c1assification review of new budgeted position SUGGESTED MOTION: Move to ratify Personnel Overview Committee action of January 7,2002, to restructure the two half-time support staff positions into one position in Social Services with a county classification of A 13. n. Social Services--annualleave extension SUGGESTED MOTION: Move that Elise Torbenson, Social Services employee, be granted a one-time extension of her 3.25 hours of annual leave beyond the January 15th deadline. REGULAR AGENDA: Award presentation by the North Dakota Department of Transportation to the Cass County Sheriff's Office and to Deputy Bruce Renshaw for Child Restraint and Seatbelt Enforcement. 1 b. Extension Services--temporary, part-time job reassignment for Brad Cogdill SUGGESTED MOTION: Move to support the reassignment of 50% of Extension Agent Brad Cogdill's job responsibilities with the NDSU Extension Service for a period of one year.
