<br />-- <br /> <br />.- <br /> <br />,- <br /> <br />Road Advisory Minutes--July 19, 2004 <br /> <br />ROAD ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br />JULY 19, 2004--2:00 PM <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Vice Chairman Darrell Vanyo, called a meeting of the Road Advisory Committee to <br />order at 2:00 PM on Monday, July 19, 2004, in the Commission Room, Cass County <br />Courthouse. Members were present as follows: John Meyer, Vern Bennett, Darrell <br />Vanyo, Keith Berndt, Rich Sieg, Dennis Rust and Mark Johnson. Robyn Sorum, Scott <br />Wagner and Jurgen Suhr were absent. Also present was Tom Soucy from the Highway <br />Department. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />2005 PROPOSED HIGHWAY PROJECTS <br />Mr. Berndt distributed 2005 department budget requests with road and bridge projects <br />in order of priority. He also included a map of the 2005 construction projects. He <br />reviewed the projects with committee members. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />2004 HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT WORK PLAN <br />Mr. Berndt distributed the 2004 work plan and reviewed it with committee members. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Mr. Berndt introduced Tom Soucy from his department. Mr. Sieg will be the acting <br />engineer and Mr. Soucy will be the acting highway superintendent while Mr. Berndt is <br />on extended military leave. <br />MOTION, passed <br />On motion by Mr. Meyer, seconded by Mr. Rust, and all voting in favor, the <br />meeting was adjourned at about 2:40 PM. <br /> <br />Minutes prepared by Heather Worden, Administrative Secretary <br />
