<br />CONTRACT APPROVAL <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br /> <br />Move to approve the following contracts* submitted by respective department head, subject to <br />state's attorney approval, and authorize the chairman to sign. <br /> <br />Received as of July 27.2004: <br /> <br />North Dakota Department of Transportation--traffic safety grant in the amount of <br />$37,250 for equipment to be used in a pilot test of new electronic software for <br />reporting crash reports to the State; <br /> <br />North Dakota Department of Transportation--traffic safety grant in the amount of <br />$3,675 for purchase of equipment to be used in identifying fake or altered <br />driver's licenses; <br /> <br />North Dakota Department of Transportation--construction and maintenance agreement <br />for the North Dakota portion of the Red River Bridge on Cass County Highway 20 and <br />Clay County Highway 22.
