The plat was subsequently <br />approved at the July 22, 2004 Planning Commission Meeting. The plat is <br />located in Normanna Township, Section 05. The intended use of the <br />subdivision is to create one lot for residential development. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the new proposed <br />plat. The county has received a certified letter from Normanna Township <br />indicating their requirements for approval. Therefore, the Planning <br />Commission recommendation is being forwarded to the County <br />Commission Board for action. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: I move that the Cass County Board of <br />Commissioners grant Final Plat approval for Heatherwood Estates <br />Subdivision, Section OS, Township 137N, Range SOW in Cass County, <br />North Dakota. <br /> <br />J:\Admin-Eng\Commission Corrsp\2004 Correspondence\Consent Agenda Item Heatherwood Estates Subd <br />072204.doc <br />
