Integrate supporting activities to ensure that essential functions can be <br /> performed as efficiently as possible during emergency relocation <br /> . Indicate the circumstances under which delegated authorities would <br /> become effective and when they would terminate. Pre-determined <br /> delegations of authority would take effect when normal channels of <br /> direction are disrupted for a specified period of time and would <br /> terminate when these channels have been reestablished <br /> . Ensure alternate personnel understand task responsibilities of their <br /> individual agencies, and <br /> .
