<br />Contractor will use the obstruction map provided by in 2003. Cass County Vector <br />Control District will provide an updated map if necessary. <br /> <br />Cass County Vector Control District will be responsible for making public <br />announcements. <br /> <br />If after proper authorization to spray the plane leaves its base and is forced to abort due to <br />climatic conditions, the Vector District will pay a $500 mobilization fee. <br /> <br />The Vector Control District will notify, in writing, the Contractor 3 days prior to <br />spraYIng. <br /> <br />Contractor will provide a print out of the spray applications (via GPS) upon completion <br />of all spraying. <br /> <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
