<br /> <br />53 <br /> In all cases the engineer for the City and the engineer for the <br />District must agree that the Project and sewage treatment <br />facility of the City have sufficient capacity to handle the added <br />sewage which will result from the new hookup or hookups, <br />and that the proposed collection system is adequate and <br />meets or exceeds the quality of the original collection system <br />of the Project. <br /> <br />C. SANITARY SEWER, BUILDING SEWERS AND CONNECTIONS <br /> <br />1. No unauthorized person shall uncover, make any connections <br />with or opening into, use, alter, or disturb any public sewer or <br />appurtenance thereof without first obtaining a written permit <br />from the Superintendent. <br /> <br />2. There shall be one class of building sewer permit for <br />residential and commercial service only. No industrial waste <br />will be accepted per the agreement between the City of Fargo <br />and Southeast Cass Water Resource District. The owner, or <br />his agent, shall make application on a special form furnished <br />by the Community Health Center of Fargo. The permit <br />application shall be supplemented by any plans, <br />specifications, or other information considered pertinent in the <br />judgment of the Superintendent. A permit and inspection fee <br />for a resident or commercial building shall be paid to the <br />Community Health Department of Fargo at the time the <br />application if filed. <br /> <br />3. All costs and expense incidental to the installation and <br />connection of the building sewer shall be borne by the owner. <br />The owner shall indemnify the County from any loss or <br />damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the <br />installation of the building sewer. <br /> <br /> 4. A separate and independent building sewer shall be provided <br />for every building; except where one building stands at the <br />rear of another on an interior lot and no private sewer is <br />available or can be constructed to the rear of the building <br />through an adjoining alley, court, yard or driveway, the <br />building sewer from the front building may be extended to the
