It will be my <br />recommendation to deny the Maynard, Bauske, and Thompson appeals. <br />Documentation from the City of Fargo Assessment Office and my comments are <br />attached. <br /> <br />It is my recommendation to approve the appeal of the Ed Ferguson property as <br />indicated in a letter from the West Fargo Assessor dated June 25, 2004 <br />(attached). <br /> <br />It is my recommendation to raise the residential assessment in six additional <br />townships (attached). <br /> <br />It is my recommendation to lower the assessment $3,000 True and Full for the <br />John Williams property in the City of Horace (attachment). <br /> <br />It is my recommendation to increase certain commercial assessments along 52nd <br />Ave S in Stanley Township (attachment). <br /> <br />It is my recommendation to approve in part the appeal of B&H Investment <br />(attachments). <br /> <br />If you have additional questions, please stop in or call me at 241-5617. <br /> <br />SlBcerely, /1/tJ \ _ <br />:.;r~ ~ <br />Frank Klein <br />Cass County Director of Equalization <br />
