The plat was subsequently <br />approved at a rescheduled planning commission meeting on June 3, 2004. <br />The plat is located in Gill Township, section 01. The intended use of the <br />subdivision is to create one lot for residential development. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the new proposed <br />plat. The county has received a certified letter from Gill Township <br />indicating the plat meets all their zoning requirements. Therefore, the <br />Planning Commission recommendation is being forwarded to the County <br />Commission Board for action. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: I move that the Cass County Board of <br />Commissioners grant Final Plat approval for TS Kensok Acres, Section 01, <br />Township 139N, Range 53W in Cass County, North Dakota. <br /> <br />J:\Admin-Eng\Commission Corrsp\2004 Correspondence\Consent Agenda Item TS Kensok Acres Subd <br />0621O4.doc <br />
