Affected land owners shall have thirty (30) days after the date of the hearing to file written votes in favor of or in opposition to the project. Said votes shall be filed within the .. above time limit at the office of the Secretary of the Boård at 1201 West Main Avenue, P.O. Box 5012, West Fargo, North Dakota. The Board has filed with the Cass County Auditor, a list showing the percentage assessment against each tract of land benefitted by the proposed project and the approximate assessment in terms of money in proportion thereto. Notice should be taken that the vote referred to above is to determine whether or not the project should proceed. A separate hearing will be held according to law at a later date at which property owners may protest the percentage assessment levied against their particular property.
