Maynard
1421 55th Ave So
Fargo NO 58104-6468

Dear Mr. Maynard:

Due to scheduling difficulties between the county tax director and the
local assessor, this letter is to notify you that a determination on your tax
appeal will be scheduled at the Cass County Board of Commissioners
meeting on July 6, 2004. The meeting begins at 3:30 PM and will be held in
the Commission Room, Cass County Courthouse, 211 9th Street South,
Fargo, North Dakota.

We originally thought a decision might be made on the appeals at
the next meeting, which will be held June 21,2004; however, it appears
more time is needed to review the properties for six individual appeals. I
regret any inconvenience this may cause. If you have questions, you may
contact the County Commission Office at 241-5609 or the County Tax
Director, FrankKlein, at 241-5617.

Sincerely,

Robyn Sorum, Chair
Cass County Board of Commissioners

jhs

cc County Commissioners

K:\Sorum\TAX EQUALIZATION 6-21-Q4.doc
